2. How do I confirm the calculation of my Non-Capital loss (NCL) balance?
To confirm your non-capital loss (NCL) balance, you have to make your request in writing. Make sure your request includes your NCL balance calculation.
Mail or fax your written request with the supporting information to your tax centre to the attention of Business Returns.
3. I filed my return electronically, do I need to send a paper copy?
No. If you filed your T2 Corporation Income Tax return electronically, you do not need to send a paper copy.
After we have processed your return, we may have to contact you to get supporting documents, so remember to keep your receipts and information slips for at least six years. This applies to all tax returns, whether paper or electronic.
4. How do I request direct deposit?
The quickest and easiest way to enter or update direct deposit information with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is through My Business Account.
Select “Direct deposit” located under “Manage” in the navigation menu on the My Business Account welcome page to update your direct deposit information today.

5. How do I get more remittance vouchers?
You can order more remittance vouchers for your corporation income tax account through My Business Account. Under Corporation Income Tax, select "Enquiries service" and then "Order additional remittance vouchers." Or, you can call 1-800-959-5525.
6. How can I correct a payment that was allocated to the wrong period?
You can transfer an interim payment from one reporting period to another or to an amount owing on any of your accounts in My Business Account. Under Corporation Income Tax, select "View and pay account balance," and then select "Transfer Payment" from the sidebar menu on the left.
7. How do I calculate my instalments?
You can calculate your monthly or quarterly corporate instalment payments by going to My Business Account and selecting "Instalment payment calculator" under Corporate Income Tax.
8. Why was I charged instalment interest?
We charge instalment interest when an instalment payment is late or not enough. Instalment payments are made monthly or quarterly, depending on your net tax amount.
