Version 9.1.1 does not require a new version of the Floating User license keys. The Authorized User (AU) license activation kit is version-specific as usual, but as of version 9.1 the product installable image has begun to include the AU activation kit. (The AU activation kits will also continue to be available from the Rational License Key Center for those who prefer to keep track of all their license keys there).
