Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software v9.5.0

Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software v9.5.0 contains new features as well as fixes for client-reported and internally found defects.

Version 9.5.0 does not require a new version of the Floating User license keys. For general information on obtaining license keys, see How to obtain license keys for IBM Rational products.

Version 9.5 does require a full install (that is, you cannot install 9.5 as an update to an existing 9.1.1, or earlier, product installation).
